Chad Schwartz, PE

Drawing on his over 20 years of telecom design experience, client management, and business development, Chad leads the AE team to make certain clients are receiving the highest level of service. Chad’s diverse expertise includes structural, mechanical, electrical, network design, control systems, and engineering for zoning & planning as a professional witness. Previous accomplishments include being the Engineer of Record for the iDAS systems at Newark Liberty International Airport, JFK International Airport, Baltimore Washington International Airport, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Lincoln Tunnel, the Holland Tunnel and the design of over 10,000 cell sites in the greater New York City Metro area. Chad’s hands on approach to design comes from his lifelong love of creating tangible objects, as an experienced carpenter, machinist, fabricator and welder. His understanding of construction and manufacturing processes has allowed him to design cost effective and time saving solutions for real-world problems.    

He presently holds three patents, including the Far Field Telecom Radio Concealment Pole, Radio Concealment Foundation and New York City DOT approved Load Limiting Banner Bracket.
