Kyle McGinley serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering, site design, and project management. With a strong technical background and a focus on operational excellence, Kyle plays a key role in guiding project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that client objectives are met with efficiency and precision.

Since entering the industry in 2013, Kyle has led a wide range of telecommunications infrastructure projects, including outdoor and indoor distributed antenna systems (oDAS and iDAS), new site builds, LTE upgrades, and microwave point-to-point systems.

Kyle specializes in end-to-end management, overseeing projects from initial planning and engineering through permitting, construction, and final deployment. He has extensive experience navigating zoning and permitting processes across multiple states and has successfully completed projects within major Port Authority of New York and New Jersey facilities.

As one of the founding members of Ahead Engineering in 2018, Kyle plays a key role in leading company operations and ensuring the successful execution of client projects.

He works closely with clients, municipalities, and utility providers to develop reliable wireless infrastructure solutions that meet evolving connectivity demands.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, including Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
