Chief Engineering Officer

Robert has over 17 years of structural design and construction experience across multiple areas of engineering, including transportation and telecommunications. During the first 10 years of his career, Rob designed and managed numerous multimillion-dollar engineering projects for agencies such as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Since helping establish Ahead Engineering, Rob has led the firm’s structural engineering efforts. As Chief Engineering Officer, his primary focus includes the design and analysis of utility, streetlight, and traffic poles, as well as towers and wireless infrastructure. He also develops custom structural solutions to meet the evolving needs of the telecommunications industry.

In addition, Robert produces custom traffic control plans for multiple Departments of Transportation, ensuring projects comply with jurisdictional requirements while maintaining safe and efficient work zones. Rob is known for managing complex projects under demanding timelines while consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, with a specialty in Structural Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in 11 U.S. states.
